ABSTRACT
Being a ranger in the Civil War required good physical stamina and some great shills at being sneaky. The rangers had to be able to hide outside and blend in with the bushes and trees. Sometimes they had to crawl to get from one hiding place to another. They also had to use leaves and sticks to camouflage themselves.
