ABSTRACT

This chapter illustrates the relationships among variables after the identification of key variables from previous chapter of the qualitative study. The results supported the role of employee networking in employee adjustment. Consequently, employee adjustment significantly resulted in the achievement of effective project outcomes. It is observed that employee adjustment and networking behaviour of individuals are influenced by many factors. Thus, variations of networking behaviour (formal and informal) and employee adjustment in terms of culture, personality characteristics, organizational policies and implementation may lead to different employee responses.
