ABSTRACT
Chapter 6 covers the whole area of making risk workshops work. It gives a range of practical tips to help in planning, setting up and delivering effective risk workshops. The chapter provides tried and tested approaches for setting workshops up for success as well as dealing with tricky areas such as handling conflict in workshops, encouraging people to contribute or preventing very vocal people from taking over.
