ABSTRACT

In Digital 2.0, organizations rapidly mature their digital and data capabilities and the chief digital officer is in place expanding their portfolio of digital initiatives; accordingly, the business models and operating models take shaped. As a consequence, advanced governance is required, which involves business, innovation, and technology leaders. Data analytics is a key enabler in this phase.

In Digital 2.0, the chief data office is also in place, and large volumes of transaction and internal data are available to power digital initiatives. In addition to data analytics, basic reporting is available to support managers in performing their tasks, and this is a good second step in maturing the organization and enhancing value creation.
