ABSTRACT

In Digital 3.0, organizations have embedded digital into the organizational’s DNA in order to avoid being disrupted. Digital initiatives are scaled up and business models are revamped. The contribution of data analytics is significant and includes large volumes of external unstructured data. This requires ownership of both digital transformation and data analytics, which must be a seamless collaboration between management and digital and data leaders.

Also, talent management is essential in this phase more than ever. Furthermore, organizations are fully converting to agile ways of working, which sets, despite agile frameworks such as SAFe and LeSS, some governance challenges. In the data domain, organizations must sort out data ownership and data management tooling in order to be in control of the continuously increasing data volumes, as data powers digital transformation projects and enabling the implementation of new business models.
