ABSTRACT
Recent materials on how Nonlinear Pedagogy has significant implications on talent development will be discussed in this chapter. Examples on how specific and general transfer on skill learning can have an effect on developing talent will also be shared. There should be important consideration for talent development to be underpinned by ideas from ecological dynamics.
