Listening to the voices of global university presidents is important to understand higher education. In this interview, Professor Yong-Hak Kim, president of Yonsei University, discusses personal experiences, leadership insights and arrangements, the institution, and future challenges and opportunities shaping higher education. The interview touches on the growth of Tsinghua University; being warm-hearted, as well as knowledgeable and smart; distributing resources; and shifting the institution to encourage development.
