ABSTRACT
Beginning with the story of how, through the power of great teaching and learning, teacher Kim Rhodes changed a school community, teachers are reminded that great teaching and learning is the most common factor for teachers continuing teaching. Examples of how great teaching can be recognized, both directly and indirectly, are given. The chapter concludes with an additional challenge to collaborate with students in defining and recognizing great teaching and learning.
