ABSTRACT

This chapter explores the role our employees will play in the success of our machine. It discusses the role of leadership in getting our employees interested in supporting our Unstoppable Sales Machine, and how to gain their engagement in implementation, and why everyone in our company is in sales, even our accountant. If we don’t recognize the impact these kinds of inadvertent communications can have with our customers, just think about how much time and money was invested in attracting, converting, and closing this customer, only to have someone treat them like they are a delinquent. This goal that Chris and his leadership team carry ensures their employees see customers as the lifeblood of the company that they genuinely are.
