ABSTRACT

This chapter covers the steps necessary to scale up our sales quickly, as well as how we can slow down our sales when and if circumstances require such. The power our Unstoppable Sales machine possesses is that we can adjust the volume of leads and buyers we have by adjusting various activities within each component of our machine. One of the best avenues to generate new business is aligning our company with those who sell to our ideal buyers but offer something complementary. The most successful companies recognize their weaknesses and explore these four areas, designing a strategy to guide their implementation.
