ABSTRACT
BRADLEY holds that philosophy is an attempt to find and elucidate a view of reality that will satisfy the intellect. Now the intellect rejects the self-contradictory and accepts the self-consistent. But what is the contradictory? And what is self-consistency? These two questions are answered upon the same principle; that of identity in difference.
