This book has presented a reflexive law approach to cryptocurrency regulation, structured against layered responses to six questions, namely:
What are cryptocurrencies and why do they need to be regulated?
What is the current approach to cryptocurrency regulation?
Why is there a need for an alternative approach to cryptocurrencies?
What is reflexive regulation?
How can reflexive regulation be applied to cryptocurrencies?
What are the strategies for reflexively regulating cryptocurrencies?
This chapter provides a summary and overview of the key conclusions of the book by responding to each of these six questions.
