ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the findings and lists the ex ante and ex post regulatory measures available to protect visual privacy and mentions the advantages and disadvantages of each. It also states the effects too much regulation will have on the growing civilian drone industry. This chapter also summarises the variables outlined in the study of violation of visual privacy and how they have not been taken into consideration in earlier studies on drones and privacy. This chapter finally discusses the way forward by making the point that a picture speaks a thousand words.
