ABSTRACT
Administrators, faculty and students need to be informed about a proposed new course involving service to community institutions and agencies through art. This chapter provides written materials to facilitate that process, including such necessities as the catalog description and planning for space, budget and funding. Budget items are listed in the form of tables for equipment needs and expendable supplies. The latter table includes approximate dollar amounts for basic supplies to provide a realistic overview of needs.
