ABSTRACT

This chapter describes the support that community sites agree to provide in order to host the art and social interaction program. In summary, these include providing the physical facilities, taking responsibility for engaging the site’s participants, supervising and assisting during the art workshop sessions, and providing relevant information to student presenters about the site and its constituents. The chapter addresses the difficulties that may arise in a creative program such as this amid the restrictions endemic to the site and productive ways to counter them. For easy access to the needs required of staff, assistance before, during and after each session is supplied.
