ABSTRACT
This additional short chapter of mine in the third edition of this book feels essential if for no other reason than it being an opportunity to reflect upon how much we change. Reading back on my writing of 2012/2013 and the sense of detachment from the things that had so deeply troubled me tells me that these originally explored particular layers of the onion have long gone.
