ABSTRACT
This chapter provides an overview of the current landscape of problem-based learning and explains PBL pedagogies for online settings. It argues there is a need to offer students more fluid learning spaces than in former years. Finally, it suggests reasons for adopting PBLonline and explores the ways in which the shift to online learning has had an impact on PBLonline spaces.
