ABSTRACT
This chapter summarises the key points and conclusions from the preceding discussion. In addition, the chapter emphasises that although the criminal justice system plays an essential role in addressing domestic abuse, providing an effective response to this issue requires a holistic approach involving other aspects such as the provision of sufficient funding for specialist services.
