ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on knowledge management in the implementation of manufacturing I4.0 technologies and includes recommendations for production managers and case studies. It deals with the ground between the design and implementation of the process of manufacturing knowledge management and applying the changes caused by I4.0 in the production of mass customisation. The research area undertaken in this book is an area that requires continuous research due to the enormous, ongoing development of technology. In addition, the practical examples of the implementation of the proposed solution presented allow the practicality of the pattern constructed for the process of manufacturing knowledge management to be verified in the era of Industry 4.0. The development of a manufacturing enterprise is possible thanks to continuous adaptation to changing environmental conditions and, at the same time, the appropriate reactions of the management board to unforeseen situations in the environment.
