ABSTRACT
This chapter recapitulates the message of the book revolved around transiting the campaign for healthcare reforms in Ghana under the Fourth Republic, for the last two decades emblematized in the NHIS, into the service haven of health as human right; draws out the lessons in all this for Africa; and peeps cursorily into the future.
