ABSTRACT
Different services may have different requirements in relation to note keeping. Group recording presents challenges in capturing both an individual's progress and the movement and themes of the group at large. State organisations may have concerns regarding confidentiality that prevent the recording of clients’ details overlapping and being jointly registered on any individual client's notes. This may require that both individual and group records are kept.
