ABSTRACT
This chapter will discuss the need to enable criticism, both internally and externally, to allow a reflective practice to accomplish its full work. It would be futile to regard reflection as simply a pat on the back with no room for learning from error or aiming to grow professionally. This chapter will look at professional growth from a strengths perspective with reflective practice at the core.
