ABSTRACT
This chapter encourages the understanding, knowledge, and development of inclusive examination to build and sustain a reflective culture. Providing leadership with tools alone does not increase the agility and skill necessary to enhance existential opportunities to build reflective culture. This chapter engages reflection on the topic of leadership's ability and skill sets that create, build, and sustain future-oriented reflective cultures.
