ABSTRACT
There is no clear definition of what constitutes harmful sexual behaviour (HSB) (Ey, McInnes, & Rigney, 2017). Nonetheless, broad definitions include developmentally inappropriate sexual behaviour toward either themselves or others (Draugedalen, 2019). This definition relies on people's understanding of what is developmentally typical of a child.
