ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we focus on teaching students how to evaluate sources. We discuss several different methods for evaluating sources, such as lateral reading and CCOW. The highlighted lesson is in two parts. The first part helps students determine the reliability of sources concerning safe drinking water. Then in the second part, students use the reliable sources to complete the inquiry.
