ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses the tangible outcomes of the research we developed together, and we thank each and every one for their invaluable contributions. Embracing innovation requires significant personal effort, since people need to feel a sense of purpose to understand the change and then begin their individual transformation journey. IDeaLs officially kicked off in September 2018 with the first community meeting. The first edition was made possible thanks to the collaboration with our partner organizations: Adobe, Adidas, Centre for Creative Leadership, Nestlé, Philips, Sintetica, Sorgenia, and Stolt Tankers. However, this volume is based on the experiences with our partners in the second edition, also welcoming on board Sasol and STEF.
