ABSTRACT

Systems thinking proposes that social behaviour in social systems can be viewed “as systems of purposeful events”. The complexity of social systems poses a problem with regard to intervention points for achieving change, especially on the threshold of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, where artificial intelligence and intelligent robots are taking over many of the functions in social systems. Systemic relationships may be explained by using various interactive or circular models. Both entrepreneurs and academics are looking more and more to nature in order to identify creative suggestions for new processes and products. Humans have developed enormous quantities of tools to improve the welfare of humanity in general. The openness or closedness of a social system is related to the system’s internal and external ecological processes. The open, closed and hidden social connections help create social systems, change them and maintain their existence.
