ABSTRACT
The new edition will expand on recent moves to create more comprehensive and allegedly more effective ways to move the global private sector into rules of global governance based on both soft international and national law and hard laws such as the proposed UN treaty on business and human rights. It will also focus on how the giant information corporations like Facebook, Google (Alphabet) and others have contributed to grave human rights abuses and in the case of Myanmar, even genocide.
