ABSTRACT
When I notice the redness of your tie and also notice the redness of my tie, I am noticing the same property. Redness is the way in which the ties resemble each other, not two things, one in each tie, which are more or less alike. Since the redness of my tie is the same individual as the redness of your tie, it would seem to follow that if I notice the redness of your tie I at the same time notice the redness of my tie.
