Organizational and Management Structure

Chapter 5 initiates a discussion of public management. The structure and dynamics of organizations are presented and the role of administrators and managers is highlighted. An exercise called “Marooned on the Moon” provides a look at the importance of organizational dynamics and teamwork in reaching critical goals.
