ABSTRACT
This chapter points out key ways in which actors of color feel their identities have affected their careers. Many point to opportunities that have been available to them due to their identities. However, they also recognize that there are still very limited opportunities, and often tokenism is still a key concern. Too often they are the only person of color in a rehearsal room or on a production team.
