ABSTRACT
The term Information Communication Technology (ICT) is an acronym for “Information Communication Technologies” (ICT). ICT is often used in a particular field or context such as ICT in education, ICT in healthcare, ICT in libraries, etc. ICT is often used in a particular field or context such as ICT in education, ICT in healthcare, ICT in libraries, etc. Pedagogical knowledge mainly deals with the methodological aspect of teaching and learning. Technological Content Knowledge is a general understanding of the interrelation between technology and content. Technological Pedagogical Knowledge mainly focuses on how technology impacts specific teaching and learning process. ICT-based educational communication increases the scope so that the student is no longer a passive recipient of the educational process. To effectively use an ICT-based educational approach there needs to be some appropriate pre-requisite skills.
