ABSTRACT
This chapter outlines how a production team works behind the scenes: in a nutshell, who does what in the office, what is everyone’s remit, where do these cross over, and the relationship between editorial and production. Production roles will be briefly covered here (with an interview from Production Manager Juliet Walker), but the rest of the book will be primarily focused on editorial roles.
