ABSTRACT
This chapter presents an overall conclusion to the book. It first presents a summary of each of the chapters in the book. Then, it provides overall recommendations to individuals and institutions of higher learning for making the academy equitable for all its faculty members. The chapter concludes with a discussion about the main contributions of the book to the literature and practice and suggestions for future research avenues.
