ABSTRACT
This introduction presents an overview of the key concepts discussed in the subsequent chapters of this book. The book discusses proper medical understandings about different sex and gender diversity including sexual orientation. It also discusses rights available under Criminal Justice System. The book describes the criminal laws, i.e. Sodomy laws, Anti-discriminatory laws, Prison Laws, Judicial Verdicts, Hate Laws from different continents, It discusses existing International Cooperation in Criminal Justice along with existence of sexual minority in International Criminal Law. The book shows statics related to hate speech, hate crimes and its impacts based on earlier research and reports. It analyses impacts of long term hatred behaviour on sexual minority, substance abused and suicidal tendencies.
