ABSTRACT

Sex between same sexes occurs in every culture and society, though its extent and public acknowledgement vary from place to place. Science and medical research have established this fact and acknowledged diversity between binary system. The problem is that, biology, sociology and law have strongly supported the view that “the sex between the legs is more important than the sex between the ears.” The legal system is an omnipresent system, however, is neither static nor inflexible. The law can be “changed” or influenced in many ways; likewise, mechanisms of changing and influencing the law can be understood and characterized in many ways. Reform with relation to sexual minority cannot be achieved in one day. Society will have to change their old theories of binaries and heterosexualism, according to today’s scientific advancement. Education gives librations of thoughts to individual and education providers play important role in it.
