ABSTRACT

This chapter takes a deep dive into the pillar of Being Aware and the elements underpinning it – Self, Intent, and Reflection. We illustrate how awareness in conversation gives us the opportunity to raise the quality of our dialogue to the next level. We then take the reader through a more detailed explanation of each of the associated elements by providing a description of what they mean before sharing tips and advice on how to deepen our practice in a conversational context.
