ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we take a deeper exploration into the pillar of Being Skilled and the elements underpinning it: Dialogue, Interaction, and Environment. We unpick the importance of words, body language, and both the psychological and physical conversational environment. Finally, we give special focus to the core skills of questioning and listening, given the profound impact they have on the way we connect. At the end of the chapter, we share tips and advice on how to deepen our skills in a conversational context.
