ABSTRACT

Each individual layer is an important individual space, and each is connected to the other in full circle. Enacting these spaces (ember blowing) builds legacy and provides conditions for sustainability. This chapter unpacks curricula and pedagogical layers related to LORE. Throughout the chapter are practical enactment examples. LORE is highly focused around the pattern and process of the circle. Circle method and circle process are a key component of sustaining, then regenerating, Indigenous Knowledges. The Yarning circle method of weaving multiple ‘Stories of Strength’ to draw inspiration and direct and link learnings from is a key process shared and further explored in this chapter.
