ABSTRACT
This chapter looks at the ‘tall trees’ concept. Based on the high-expectation relationships that all Indigenous communities and all Indigenous community contexts have the power within to provide sustainable solutions, this chapter highlights the real-world Indigenous education concept that all our communities, no matter how complex, have the ‘tall trees’, the role models from within who can enable, enact, and sustain positive changes. This proposition is a ‘community guarantee’.
