ABSTRACT
The conclusion of the book aims to highlight the lessons learned from the consideration of securities laws in the US, UK, and Kuwait. It summarises the recommendations made in the book on how the laws and regulations as applied in the US and UK could benefit Kuwait, but highlights that these should not be adopted verbatim.
