ABSTRACT
Countries such as the US, UK, and Kuwait have laws that regulate the trading of securities. However, there are other laws that are related to securities such as fraud and bribery laws, accounting laws, and companies laws (especially those related to companies traded on stock exchanges). This chapter deals with the various different laws applicable to securities in the jurisdictions of the US, UK, and Kuwait.
