ABSTRACT
One of the primary methods of trading in securities is done on stock exchanges. This chapter takes an in-depth look at the history of stock markets and how they are regulated in the countries of the US, UK, and Kuwait. It also includes a section on how stock exchanges should be regulated according to the different models proposed by experts.
