ABSTRACT
This chapter outlines guiding principles for the selection, adaptation, and design of technology-enhanced tasks. It begins with a discussion on the importance of aligning learning goals with task selection using examples of tasks focused on the same content but from different perspectives given different learning goals. Then, based on research and advice from the Tech-Math Teachers, design principles for adapting existing tasks or designing your own are provided.
