ABSTRACT

We all know, in principle, that careful planning of what we do with our time can enable us to get more out of life. But the planning itself takes time – and for many people it is an uncongenial activity. They would rather “be getting on with life” without having to spend time planning the details of what to do when, and how to make it happen. Yet some things obviously need to be planned – or else frustration, or worse, is sure to follow. So what kinds of planning are right for you?
