ABSTRACT

Risk Identification is the second domain and includes four tasks. The introduction gives a short intro to the domain and underlying responsibilities (tasks) of the project risk manager within each domain to ease the understanding of the content. The team then performs a detailed analysis of the risk identification exercise results by analyzing the findings in terms of examining the documents, audio transcripts, telemetry data, and the like to understand the risks identified and the business context of the information. The task involves assessing, confirming, and documenting the risk compliance thresholds, and categorizes it against the updated risk data. The domain of risk identification consists of four tasks. The first task focuses on conducting risk identification exercises, the documentation, and assessment of the findings. The second task has an emphasis on assumptions and constraints. The risks associated with each assumption and/or constraint need to be assessed.
