ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we look at the prime considerations for selecting a business continuity management (BCM) tool. The significance of organizational BCM maturity before a tool is deployed is important. An improper strategy of business continuity automation can spell a recipe for failure and a colossal waste of effort, money, and other resources and may result in compromised organization resiliency.
