ABSTRACT
In the original draft of this work a Document on Intimidation was included. It has since been represented to the editor that its publication might lead to further measures against his informants, and with reluctance he has decided not to publish this full and detailed statement. It would, however, be an incomplete picture of apartheid if no reference at all were made to the effects of intimidation in reducing to a minimum public protests and opposition to the Apartheid policy.
