ABSTRACT
Chapter 1 summarises the structure of the book. It explains that the book is in three parts. The first is concerned with theoretical underpinnings and the supporting research for the approach described in Part two. Part 2 outlines the evidenced-based approaches and how to implement the ideas. Part 3 uses the study of implementation science to ensure effective implementation of these ideas at either an entire class, school, or authority level.
