How true are these demeaning beliefs about divorced dads? Men are much more likely than women to cheat and leave their spouse for a younger person. Dad is better off than mom financially after their divorce and he is to blame. Most dads are deadbeats who refuse to pay child support, lose interest in their kids, and enjoy their lives as bachelors. Most children and dads stop missing each other as time passes. Kids have better outcomes when they are raised by a single mom instead of a single dad.
